If you believe there is an error in your evaluation report, you may request a re-evaluation within 30 days of report issuance.

Re-evaluation Request

If you believe there is an error in your evaluation report, you may submit a written request for re-evaluation within 30 days of the report issuance date. The request must include:

  • Specific details of the disputed evaluation
  • Supporting documentation or evidence
  • Clear explanation of the expected correction

Appeals Process

  1. Submit a written appeal request with supporting documentation
  2. Our quality assurance team will review your case within 10 business days
  3. A senior evaluator will conduct an independent review
  4. You will receive a written response with the outcome

Fees

Re-evaluation requests due to GPCES errors are processed at no additional charge. Re-evaluation requests based on new information or applicant preference may be subject to additional fees.
