By submitting an application and payment to GPCES, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our credential evaluation services.

Document Submission

• All documents must be submitted in their original language with certified English translations if applicable
• GPCES is not responsible for the authenticity of documents submitted by applicants
• Original documents will be returned upon request with applicable return shipping fees

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued once the evaluation process has begun. Processing fees, rush fees, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

GPCES provides evaluation opinions based on available information and professional standards. Our evaluations are advisory in nature and acceptance is at the discretion of the receiving institution, employer, or agency.
